I get up every morning determined to both change the world and have one hell of a good time. Sometimes this makes planning my day difficult.

It's so nice to see Brody bright and early this morning. I have to be at work an hour early this morning, which totally messes with my computer time. Oh well, such is life, right?
It's super hot here and I'm ready for summer to be over. At least I'm not as uncomfortable as I used to be 110 lbs ago, but still I'm done! LOL

oh life is just peachy! finally got the nasty ,rude ,threatening (and recorded) phone call from the car financer- so it is parked top of the hill for them to pick up---have been just waiting and playing the game--they can have it!i really hate living like this....
michael spent the nite sleeping in his chair in the livrm--he finds it more comfy for his hip so-and he looks so peaceful- i find no reason to disturb him! i think i'll leave the dogs outside for a few hours this morning and mom will bring them in later- that way they won't bother him! i probly should put a blankie over him so mom doesn't have to see his wundieundies....
took mom to traverse city yesetrday for her appt with neorsurgeon re brain spot--great news is that now she is cleared for 3 yrs vs last times' 2 yrs...
met nan and her jamie and his girls for lunch--love seeing them and so wonderful to get hugs! morgan doesn't remember me but does remember the man with the birds (my michael!) from last yr 4th of july...
work is monitoring internet usage so i am being good- tho i love surfing genealogy stuff when it's slow- ah well- they do pay me to work! so i'll read mags like everyone else....
tomorrow mom and i are hoping to go to bay city to see the tall ships--she has been once- i never have--
ok- gotta get gorgeous for work...

I've been up for quite a while, just not moving. I am going out to finish mowing the lawn in a bit, since it was too hot to do more than 1/2 hour, yesterday. Lon has been going walking with me every morning for the past 2 weeks, so I enjoy that. He walks much slower than I would like, but it gives the dog time to sniff everything. We usually go for about 45-50 minutes.
We have to be gone all afternoon so if I want to get in any garden time or swimming it needs to be this morning.
I've decided to try to finish the nursing degree I've let languish for a year now.
Maybe this healthier life style will help tame this chaotic mind of mine. Either that or go back on the meds for ADD. 
Speaking of new lifestyle, I am down 46 pounds and have 16 to go! WooHoo!
I pop in frequently to check up with all of you, but it is usually at night and I don't usually post. I just wanted to say hi
and tell you how much I appreciate all of you. Have a great Friday and an even better week end. Sue

Tom is now on FOUR BP meds and it is still dangerously high. He sees the doctor again next Monday. The gout is still ugly so the pain probably is keeping the BP elevated. Worrying is making me a nervous wreck.
Work this morning, lunch with my friend then hit the gym this afternoon. All good for stress relief.

Today I plan to start at the back of the house and work my way forward and clean, clean, clean. I need to go through my closet and get out all the stuff I don't wear any more and put up the winter clothes now that summer is half over. I will do anything to be outside this time of year but the house becons, sigh. Everyone have a wonderful weekend.
Oh! I almost forgot my nightmare I had last night. I finally got released to go back to work and when I showed up for my first day, they had replaced my position as MDS coordinator/Medicare manager and assigned me to working the floor full time. They had all my stuff packed in boxes in my office behind a door. I was really upset that they just let me show up without telling me anything in advance. Of course, the administrator and the DON had both decided to take that day off. It was horrible. I just talked to the ADON last night and she told me that they had reassigned a bunch of the extra duties they had piled on me. Hopefully that will relieve a lot of the stress I was having at work not being able to get two jobs done in an 8 hr day like I was before I had my meltdown.
Made a new ticker showing my pre surgery weight instead of what it was when I made my first ticker.

Feeling somewhat better today.
I am packing up and going to Ft Lauderdale for my cousins wedding on Sunday. Seeing a friend from Denver who lives down there too.
The highlight of my day today is to meet Mary margaret from Ohio. I am meeting her at her condo that she is staying at in Ft Myers at noon.
Now I have to unload my car so I have some room!!!!!
I have a sore shoulder and am in a lot of pain. I think I tore the rotator cuff or something. I think Im going to let the doctor shoot it with cortisone.........HMMMMM what am I thinking!!!!!!
